The Players Choice Awards were an off-shoot of the player poll meant to "recognize collegiate players and community leaders in unique categories who may not otherwise be recognized". Inspired by a post of Justin Hawkins, they were created and run by Victor Prieto for the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 seasons.
