The TQBA State Championship (or the Texas Quiz Bowl State Championships or other variations) is hosted by the TQBA. TQBA took over hosting duties possibly in 2004.

  • In 2021, Strake Jesuit and Cinco Ranch tied for third.
  • In 2022, Greenhill, St. Mark's and Cinco Ranch were in a three-way tie for third.
