The DuPage Valley Conference or DVC is a long established competitive league consisting of 8 large public high schools in the western suburbs of Chicago (most located in DuPage County). All of these schools are eligible to compete in the "large school" class (Class AA) of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA).

Notes
- Wheaton Central closed after the 1992-93 school year. The IHSA and the school district have designated Wheaton Warrenville South as the caretaker of those records.
