Due to COVID-related complications, MOQBA Winter Kickoff was held on January 9, 2021 on the [[Matt Cvijanovich]] Memorial Tournament ([[MCMT]]) set in place of MOQBA Fall. To properly accommodate schools preferring different platforms, and to reduce the stress caused from the large field size, the tournament was split into a Zoom division and a Google Meet division.

The MOQBA Fall Championship is a tournament run by the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance.

The first edition of the tournament (called the MOQBA Fall Tournament) was held in 2015 on the campus of Columbia College as a test run for the 2016 NAQT Missouri Qualifier, which was also moving to CC after several years at Mizzou.

MOQBA Winter Kickoff

Due to COVID-related complications, MOQBA Winter Kickoff was held on January 9, 2021 on the Matt Cvijanovich Memorial Tournament (MCMT) set in place of MOQBA Fall. To properly accommodate schools preferring different platforms, and to reduce the stress caused from the large field size, the tournament was split into a Zoom division and a Google Meet division.
