2025 SSNCT

The 2025 Small School National Championship Tournament was the eleventh iteration of NAQT's SSNCT, held on April 25-27 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, IL.

As with recent iterations, the tournament was split into two separate divisions: the Traditional Public Schools Division, which was open to public schools with 500 or fewer students enrolled in the top three grades; and the Open Division, which was open to schools which did not meet the definition of a "Traditional Public School" and which had 350 or fewer students enrolled in their top three grades. The Traditional Public Schools Division also contained a Very Small Schools subdivision, which consisted of public schools with 200 or fewer students enrolled in their top three grades.

88 teams contested the Traditional Public Schools division, 32 of which were categorized as Very Small Schools. A further 66 teams contested the Open Division.

Traditional Public Schools Division

West Point A (Alabama) faced unbeaten Hastings (New York) in a rematch of the 2024 SSNCT final, where Hastings defeated West Point 550-210 and claimed a staggering 17-0 title. West Point avenged their 2024 loss with 400-285 and 400-360 victories in an advantaged final, delivering Hastings their first losses of the tournament and claiming their first ever SSNCT championship.

Morris A (Oklahoma) claimed their first Very Small School championship with a 14-2 record.

St. Mark's School of Texas A (Texas) defeated Park Tudor (Indiana) 540-250 and 495-285 in two legs of an advantaged final, clinching a record-extending fifth SSNCT Open Division championship behind a 17-1 overall record.
