Carleton College is currently led by President Frank Firke, Treasurer Carsten Gehring, and Tournament Director Max Henkel.
Carleton annually hosts the high school tournament SnowCAT on an NAQT IS set during the winter.
From 1990 until 2010, Carleton was coached by the college archivist, Eric Hillemann.
