Swapnil Garg

Swapnil Garg is a player for Berkeley (2022-2026). Previously he played for MIT (2018-2022) and the Harker school in San Jose, California (2014-2018). He was prominently part of the 2026 Berkeley team that finished undefeated in both ACF Nationals and ICT that season.

Career

Swapnil came in 5th overall in the 2018 IPNCT. Playing for MIT he was on the team that came in 9th place in the 2019 ICT DII. MIT then came in 16th in the 2021 ICT DI and 15th in 2021 ACF Nationals. In 2022 MIT came in 18th in the 2022 ICT DI. Starting in 2022-23 he played for Berkeley. In 2023 he was on the Berkeley A teams that came in 14th in 2023 ACF Nationals and 25th in 2023 ICT. In the 2023-24 school year, Berkeley came in 5th in the 2024 ICT and 13th in the 2024 ACF Nationals. The next year Berkeley A came in 10th in 2025 ACF Nationals and tied for 4th in the 2025 ICT DI. The next year, Swapnil stayed on the 2026 Berkeley team that won the 2026 ICT DI and the 2026 ACF Nationals, giving Swapnil and the rest of the team two national titles that year.
